An Open Door!
Exciting news! As of last week the borehole at Peniel has been installed! After years of sowing into this land, God has opened the door for us to move forward in His vision of having children established in family led homes. One of the main obstacles of moving forward in the construction on the Peniel site has been the lack of water. Up until now, contruction has remained in the "vision" stage while we have prayed for God to open the door to move forward. Since we have constructed the borehole, we now have the availability to provide fresh and disease free water to all of the people and animals that will be living together on this site. We are excited to see what God is doing next. There is still much work to be done as we wait on Him for further resources and further instruction. Please be praying with us as we wait on Him and as we contend for His will to be established in the Earth at Peniel.

Office Shuffle
A new year has come and many things have changed since the last update. Currently we are in the middle of an office shuffle. Several of our staff positions are changing. Two of our current staff members, Noah and Moses, are heading off to college within the next two weeks. It is quite an exciting time for them as they prepare themselves to transition into this next season of their lives. In their place FDLM is welcoming aboard two new staff members to continue in the vision of providing love and support for the 43 children at FDLM.
These two new staff members are Ben and Rachelann Barkley. They have come from Madison, Wisconsin, USA to assist FDLM with its various commitments. Ben will be assisting with updating FDLM's websites and public profile. Rachelann will be assisting with child development and child welfare.
